Eligibility:

To be eligible for housing assistance, participants must:

Have proof of homelessness
Be willing to come in for an eligibility appointment
Be willing to follow program rules and regulations

GLCAP can assist residents of Erie, Huron, Lorain, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca and Wood County.

GLCAP provides assistance to help those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as those who need help with rental payments. Along with housing, GLCAP offers home visits, budgeting help, community support referrals, and other supportive services as needed.
